How the Superstar PTA spend & reimbursement form handles your information. Last updated October 28, 2026.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address, so we know who sent the request and where to send updates. We don't get your password, contacts, or any other part of your Google account.
We also keep what you enter on the form: the request details, amount, payment preference (Zelle phone/email or check payee), and the receipts you upload.
How we use it
Only to review, pay, and keep records of PTA spending and staff stipends, and to email you about your request. We don't sell or share it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who can see it
PTA officers who handle payments and bookkeeping. Records are stored in Microsoft Azure and receipts in the PTA's Google Drive.
How long we keep it
As long as the PTA needs it for its financial records and audits.
